CoolSys is seeking a Foreman for our HVAC Wholesale Engineering & Maintenance team. In this hands-on field role, you’ll lead installation and service crews on commercial and industrial HVAC-R projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to CoolSys quality standards. You will coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and customers, plan daily work, assign tasks, and verify materials and equipment are ready.
The Foreman supports troubleshooting, start-ups, and repairs, reinforces our safety-first culture, trains technicians, and maintains accurate job documentation and reporting.
