CoolSys is seeking a hands-on Foreman to lead HVAC wholesale installation, maintenance, and repair projects in our Engineering and Maintenance department. You’ll supervise field technicians, coordinate schedules and materials, and ensure safe, high-quality work on commercial and industrial HVAC-R systems. The Foreman works closely with customers and project managers, driving a safety-first culture, mentoring techs, troubleshooting complex mechanical/refrigeration issues, and delivering efficient, reliable solutions that meet CoolSys standards and deadlines.
