CoolSys seeks a Foreman HVAC to lead field crews on commercial and industrial HVAC-R projects within our Engineering & Maintenance team. You’ll coordinate daily work, assign tasks, and ensure safe, high-quality installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and refrigeration systems. Partnering closely with project managers and customers, you’ll verify code compliance, maintain documentation, and support start-up, testing, and commissioning.
You’ll mentor technicians, promote our safety-first culture, and help deliver efficient, reliable, and energy-conscious solutions across diverse facilities.
