The team works collaboratively to resolve accounts, improve recovery performance, and maintain compliance standards.What You'll Do• Handle inbound and outbound communication with customers• Negotiate repayment plans within established guidelines• Resolve customer issues and identify root causes of delinquency• Maintain accurate documentation of account activity• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standardsWhat You Have• High school diploma or equivalent• 2+ years of customer contact experience• 1+ year of collections or account resolution experience• Experience using CRM or similar systems in a customer-facing environmentWhat Will Make You Stand Out• Experience managing a personal portfolio of accounts• Ability to analyze customer financial situations to recommend solutionsWhat Success Looks Like in the First 6 Months• Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics such as PTP kept and QA scores• Efficiently manage your time and maintain productivity targets• Demonstrate strong compliance and documentation accuracyWhy Join ClickleaseClicklease is transforming how small businesses access the equipment they need to grow.
