Early-Phase BD Leader — East Coast CRO

Cruxx, an international CRO, seeks a Director of Business Development for its East Coast studies division. You will build relationships with biotech and pharmaceutical companies and drive growth across early phase programmes such as first-in-human trials and Phase I/IIa studies.

The role requires a proven track record selling CRO services, a strong East Coast network, and the ability to manage complex sales cycles end-to-end. Residence within reach of New Jersey, New York or Boston is expected.
