Literacy Instructional Coach
The Literacy Instructional Coach partners with K-3 teachers and school leadership to strengthen literacy instruction through classroom observations, feedback, lesson design support, and data-driven analysis of school-wide trends. This role serves as a key resource for implementing best practices in reading and language arts, with a focus on meeting the diverse needs of all students, including English Learners, Spanish Learners, and students with special learning needs.
Education: Appropriate teaching credential as required by the State of California. Experience: Proven successful experience as an elementary teacher. Knowledge of: Knowledgeable in the area of literacy and early intervention strategies. Demonstrate leadership, presentation and organizational abilities. Skills for developing training materials.
