nProvide one-on-one speech therapy services, with group sessions as clinically appropriate.

nRequired Qualifications
nActive North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology assistant license.
nMinimum of one (1) year of experience with kids.
nAbility to deliver therapy services effectively in a child’s natural environment.
nStrong time management, organization, and independent clinical decision-making skills.
nClear, professional communication with families and care teams.
nPreferred Qualifications
nOne (1) or more years of experience in early intervention, home-based, or community-based pediatric settings.
nExperience working with diverse diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorder and developmental delays.
nFamiliarity with CDSA service delivery and documentation requirements.
nComfort with electronic documentation and mobile scheduling workflows.
