Support Services CoordinatorGoal: Provide quality and effective support services to the Center for Young Learners.Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent educational experience, with academic major or concentration in early childhood, or High school diploma or GED and 5 years of relevant experience in early childhood programs. Entry: 0-9 years of relevant experience Mid-level: 10-19 years of relevant experience Expert: 20+ years of relevant experience Detail-oriented with a basic understanding of school or ESC proceduresMajor Responsibilities and DutiesProgram Planning/Organizational SkillsManages Policy Council promotion and Director's ReportManage the CYL website along with all media, advertising, and promotional materials for the componentAssist with Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment, and Attendance (ERSEA) ApplicationsRespond to internal program inquiries and support Fiscal ManagementUtilize cost-effective methods to reach identified objectivesCommunications SkillsDemonstrates good communication techniques with staff membersDemonstrates cooperation, consideration, and professional courtesy with clients and staff members.
