Early Career Recruiting SpecialistUnder general supervision, this position leads high school, trade school, college, and university recruitment activities for assigned region(s) and/or business unit(s). The incumbent partners with hiring managers, People Business Partners, and other internal stakeholders to address workforce needs, serve as a brand ambassador for J.B. Hunt on campuses, and drive internship program efforts.
This role leverages recruiting data and pipeline analytics to optimize campus outreach, manages post-event follow-ups, and coaches recruiters on effective candidate-engagement approaches that reinforce positive outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure all recruiting activities adhere to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) principles and company policiesOwn and lead campus recruiting strategy and execution, including, but not limited to, career fairs, advertising, information sessions, and interview days; leverage historical hiring and event data to optimize school strategy and ROIBuild and maintain relationships with students, faculty, and campus organizations to strengthen J.B.
