Early-Career Design Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for an early-career Design Engineer to own end-to-end design and front-end development for enterprise AI products. You will be the primary design voice on a small, fast-moving team, making complex AI workflows clear and usable for non-technical customers.

What You'll Do

• Own the UI and UX for a new evaluation product, designing and building interfaces for customer support and IT teams.
• Turn early concepts and customer feedback into production-ready interfaces in close collaboration with founders and engineers.
• Build and maintain reusable components and design-system patterns across the product.
• Occasionally develop full-stack features and internal tools that improve the team's developer experience.
• Set design direction independently and help establish the product's visual standards.

What We're Looking For

• One to four years of relevant experience, and a completed degree or equivalent educational background; this is a full-time role, not an internship.
• Experience with TypeScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with testing tools such as Playwright, Cypress, or Jest.
• Interest or experience in AI and machine learning products, especially making complex workflows accessible to non-technical users.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate closely with engineers and company leadership.

Compensation & Benefits

Annual salary range: $130,000 to $180,000 USD. Visa sponsorship is available.
