To support employee productivity and wellbeing, the full-time EAP Work Life Consultant will complete telephonic intakes, offer consultations, conduct research, and provide referrals to program participants seeking community resources, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Complete telephonic intakes and gather required demographic information Conduct timely research and vet service providers to ensure referrals meet participants' needs Offer guidance and consultation while ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field Prior experience as a call center agent is required Strong understanding of MS Office and contact management systems Prior experience conducting telephonic intake and/or assessments is strongly preferred Exceptional customer service skills
