EAP Counselor: Short-Term Mental Health Support (Hybrid)

St. Luke's University Health Network seeks an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counselor to provide confidential short-term counseling to employees, in person or virtually, at Colmar, PA. Master’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling or education required; licensure preferred.

The role includes assessments, crisis intervention, group sessions, and collaboration with contracted companies, marketing, and program management to support well-being and productivity across the network.
