EAP Counselor
Valeo Resources is partnered with a nationwide EAP group, and we're looking to add a part time EAP Counselor to the team! In this role, you will be working with Department of Justice employees. Part time means 20 hours per week (Monday to Friday, standard business hours - must be available for some early evening appointments).
This position is a mix of about 30% counseling and the remaining is 70% facilitating workshops and presentations, collaborating with management to work through employee conflicts, and trauma debriefings.

Location: Washington DC
Schedule: Approximately 20 hours/week within M-F, 8-5p *must be available for early morning or evening appointments*
Responsibilities and requirements:
- Must hold mental health license in Washington DC (LCSW / LPC / LMFT / etc.)
- Experience with short term, solution focused therapy and facilitating workshops/presentations required
- Must have desire to work with law enforcement population
