Supporting regulatory compliance and quality improvement initiatives, the full-time remote EAP Compliance Coordinator will manage grievance administration, audit readiness, and cross-functional collaboration to enhance compliance outcomes within the Employee Assistance Program. Key Responsibilities Coordinate regulatory reporting and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to the Knox-Keene license Oversee grievance processes from intake to resolution, collaborating with clinical leadership on complex cases Analyze compliance and grievance data to identify trends and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 3+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, grievance administration, or quality improvement Experience coordinating audits, investigations, or corrective action processes Strong organizational and project management skills Proficiency with business technology and reporting tools such as Excel or case management systems
