Repurpose is a nonprofit transforming excess into opportunity—using circular fashion as a vehicle to power workforce development for the next generation of creative leaders. Through the RENEW Fellowship, we equip young people (ages 16–24) with the skills, mentorship, and real-world experience needed to thrive in fashion and adjacent industries.
We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented volunteer to help bring our curriculum to life through engaging, digital learning experiences. You’ll play a key role in translating our workforce development content into dynamic, accessible courses using Vyond , and supporting implementation into our LMS, 360Learning .
This is an opportunity to directly shape how young people experience and engage with our program.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce short-form, animated training modules using Vyond
- Translate existing curriculum (job readiness, professional skills, fashion industry insights) into engaging digital lessons
- Upload and structure courses within 360Learning
- Collaborate with our team to refine content flow, tone, and learner experience
- Ensure courses are clear, accessible, and aligned with workforce readiness goals
Who You Are
- Experience with Vyond, instructional design, or e-learning content creation
- Familiarity with LMS platforms (experience with 360Learning is a plus)
- Strong storytelling and visual communication skills
- Organized, self-directed, and able to meet deadlines
- Passionate about education, workforce development, and/or fashion
