To enhance online learning experiences, the remote E-Learning Developer will design and develop engaging instructional content for legal and investigative training, collaborating with subject matter experts to create high-quality asynchronous learning modules. Key responsibilities: Design and develop online learning modules and instructional frameworks aligned with adult learning principles Collaborate with subject matter experts to create case-based scenarios, assessments, and multimedia learning resources Evaluate learner progress through formative and summative assessments, recommending improvements based on feedback and analytics Required qualifications: Advanced degree or equivalent professional experience in instructional design, education, or a related field Minimum 5 years of experience in designing and developing online learning programs or e-learning content Demonstrated experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Strong project management and organizational skills with experience in educational technology tools Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; knowledge of Ukrainian is an asset
