Supporting B2B e-commerce initiatives, the full-time remote E-Commerce Specialist II will monitor and optimize e-commerce platforms, develop strategies to drive online sales, and oversee the product onboarding process to ensure effective integration of new products. Key responsibilities Manage the end-to-end product onboarding process across e-commerce platforms, ensuring timely and accurate product launches Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather product requirements and maintain the product catalog, including pricing and merchandising attributes Monitor platform health and operational performance, troubleshooting issues and recommending improvements to enhance customer experience Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, or a related field Minimum of 4 years' experience in eCommerce, specifically in a B2B environment Proven experience with eCommerce platforms such as Magento or Sitecore Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and digital marketing strategies Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
