Working remotely on a contract basis, the Martech Product Owner for E-Commerce will define and drive the vision for the eCommerce platform, delivering innovative online shopping experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities: Perform detailed requirements analysis and document existing processes to improve eCommerce solutions Collaborate with stakeholders to build a roadmap and ensure successful user acceptance testing and change management Identify challenges and creatively solve problems to deliver quality features that enhance the customer journey from discovery to conversion Required qualifications: 5 years of experience in product management within an eCommerce environment Strong understanding of the customer journey and experience with MarTech and social media integrations Experience with Jira for authoring functional requirements and managing testing processes Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and manage stakeholders effectively Experience working in an Agile environment with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
