Focused on e-commerce insights, the full-time Digital Commerce Operations and Insights Analyst will analyze key metrics and provide actionable insights to support strategic planning, working fully remote from a home office. Key responsibilities Analyze account performance and develop monthly reporting on key KPIs with recommendations for strategic planning Collaborate with leadership to implement U.S. strategic vision and goals to achieve EBITDA and sales objectives Deliver analytical insights across multiple data sources to define opportunities for e-commerce growth and strategy execution Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, marketing, Computer Science, or a related field 5-7 years of experience in sales and marketing analytics, particularly in e-Retail or CPG sectors Experience with Amazon is highly preferred 3+ years of strategic thought leadership in e-commerce and data translation for stakeholders Proven experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly in marketing and sales
