E-Commerce Growth Director for Multi-Brand DTC

GSM Outdoors is seeking a Director of e-Commerce to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our direct-to-consumer storefronts across multiple outdoor brands. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, merchandising, pricing, inventory, and content to drive conversion and revenue.

Collaborating with Digital Marketing, Brand Management, and IT, you’ll develop promotional calendars, manage site performance, and implement CRO initiatives to enhance the customer journey.
