Proactive and detail-oriented, the E-Commerce and CRM Executive will manage the day-to-day CRM program for the Harry Potter Shop storefronts in the UK, US, and Japan, focusing on email marketing and customer lifecycle management in a hybrid work model. Key responsibilities Build, schedule, and maintain email campaigns and customer flows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud across three international markets Own and optimize automated customer journeys, including welcome, abandonment, and post-purchase communications Monitor campaign performance and maintain reporting dashboards to identify actionable improvements Required qualifications Hands-on experience with email campaign building and scheduling using enterprise-level CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Working knowledge of HTML for building or editing email content beyond drag-and-drop functionality Ability to analyze campaign performance and maintain dashboards using Excel functions like pivot tables Genuine interest in CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, and e-commerce Proactive in coordinating campaigns and projects across internal teams and external partners
