This position is responsible for operating and monitoring the E-Coat production line, ensuring quality standards are met, performing routine machine adjustments, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to quality and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor E-Coat production equipment throughout the shiftLoad and unload parts onto the production lineInspect coated parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specificationsPerform routine machine adjustments to maintain production efficiencyMonitor coating thickness, coverage, and finish qualityReport equipment malfunctions or production issues to maintenance and supervisionMaintain accurate production and quality recordsPerform basic preventative maintenance and housekeeping around the work areaFollow production schedules while meeting daily output goalsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentFollow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructionsAssist with other production duties as assignedRequired QualificationsPrevious manufacturing or machine operator experience preferredMechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issuesStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to read and follow work instructions and production documentationReliable attendance and strong work ethicAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBasic computer skills are a plusPhysical RequirementsAbility to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 poundsAbility to stand and walk for the duration of the shiftAbility to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive tasksAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentAbility to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)Core CompetenciesMachine Operation • Manufacturing • Production Equipment • Quality Inspection • Preventive Maintenance • Mechanical Aptitude • Safety Compliance • Production Efficiency • Teamwork • Attention to Detail • Reliability • Time Management
