Position: E-Billing Specialist
Role: Direct Hire
Pay: $70-85k
Location: Tampa - Hybrid
What You’ll Do:
- Manage high-volume electronic billing for the firm’s largest institutional clients
- Review invoices for discrepancies, disallowances, and compliance issues before submission
- Submit e-bills through third-party billing platforms
- Manage provider-specific billing guidelines and fee agreements
- Handle new client/matter setup, timekeeper setup, and rate requests
- Track invoice status, rejections, reductions, and appeals
- Resolve billing issues and respond to client inquiries
- Support special billing projects as needed
Key to Hire:
- 5+ years of legal e-billing experience
- Law firm experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of outside counsel guidelines and e-billing processes
- Experience with platforms such as TyMetrix 360, Collaborati, Passport/Datacert, Legal Tracker/Serengeti, or CounselLink
- Extremely detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
