E-Billing Specialist | Phoenix, AZ | Hybrid
Ray Thomas is partnering with a top ranked and hihgly reputable national law firm seeking an E-Billing Specialist for its Phoenix office.
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Hybrid — 3 days in office, 2 days remote
Base Salary: $70,000–$80,000

What you’ll do:
- Submit electronic invoices and track them through acceptance.
- Research and resolve rejected invoices and other e-billing issues.
- Assist with client setup, timekeeper approvals, and matter information across billing platforms.
- Coordinate with billing staff, attorneys, and clients to meet e-billing requirements.
- Reconcile billing systems to ensure invoices are successfully submitted.
What we’re looking for:
- Prior e-billing experience, with legal billing experience from firms of any size welcome.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and client service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Aderant, BillBlast, and eBillingHub experience are a plus, but not required.
- A flexible range of backgrounds will be considered for candidates with relevant e-billing experience.
