Join Benesch and play a pivotal role in shaping the financial success of our organization.Essential Functions:Understanding of start to finish billing process and proceduresUnderstanding of multiple e-billing sites and requirementsMonitor Billblast/e-billing systems for submissions and rejections.Work with billing and collections team to solve e-billing issues.Communicates properly and promptly with BFCA personnel and external contacts at all times and must exhibit a high level of customer service at all times.Process / follow up appeals as needed.Review invoices for OCG requirements.Ability to enter rates/accruals into different systems.Ability to problem solve and critically think.Ability to work alone and also in a team setting.Performs other duties as assigned.Confidentiality:Due to the nature of your employment, various documents and information, which are of a confidential nature, will come into your possession. Such documents and information must be kept confidential at all times.Qualifications:The E-Billing Specialist must have a High School Diploma and a minimum of 3 years of relevant client billing experience. A typing speed of 60 WPM and 10-key machine by touch are required. Must be proficient in Excel and Word as well as have an understanding of E-invoicing systems.

Aderant/BillBlast experience is preferred. Must possess an excellent customer service attitude.
