Dentons US LLP is currently recruiting for an E-Billing Appeal Specialist. This position will be responsible for the administration of the electronic billing appeal processes for all domestic clients and e-vendors. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem solving skills. This position will report to the E-Billing Manger

Responsibilities

  Responsible for the administration and documentation of all electronic billing appeals.

• n

  Maintain vendor profiles for each electronic billing platform, including current policies, requirements, and contact information.

• n

  Meet with billers, ebillers and managers to discuss appeals in process.

  n

• n

  Generate and distribute e-billing reports on a weekly basis.

  n
n
• n

  Work within the E-billing Hub and help troubleshoot/resolve electronic billing problems.

• n

  Update and manage client websites

  n
n
• n

  Communicate e-billing guideline updates to key Finance Team members, Billing Coordinators, and timekeepers to support compliance and reduce preventable appeals.

  Work with Collections Team to solidify proactive follow-up on aged invoices submitted electronically.

• n

  Address all rejected invoices within two business days, once transferred from the Billing Coordinator.

  n

• n

  These duties may be ongoing or ad hoc in nature.

• n

  Other duties as may be assigned to fully meet the requirements of the position.

Experience & Qualifications

n
• n

  5+ years legal e-billing and appeals experience (e.g. Serengeti, Collaborati, Legal Precision, eBillingHub, BillBlast)

  n
n
• n

  Law firm experience required.

  n
n
• n

  Expertise with 3E or Elite Enterprise, required.

  n
n
• n

  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  n
n
• n

  Self-starter that delivers superior customer service

  n
n
• n

  Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

  n
n
• n

  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  n
n
• n

  Flexibility to work overtime, as needed

Salary

Chicago and Washington DC only DOE $83,000 - $96,000
