We're Hiring: Dynamics 365 Functional Support Specialist

Are you passionate about optimizing business systems and empowering users through technology? Join a dynamic team where your expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 will make a real impact.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the go-to expert for understanding and improving the current Dynamics 365 environment.
• Provide hands-on support and training to end users, helping them navigate day-to-day challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and ensure repeat errors are eliminated.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within D365.
• Maintain and update training materials, SOPs, and documentation.
• Support UAT, regression testing, and quarterly updates.
• Assist with Power BI reporting and special projects from senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience supporting end users and resolving system issues.
• Ability to distinguish between technical and functional problems.
• A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
