- StrongexperiencewithtroubleshootingandremediationoftechnicalissuesDynamics365issues;documentsolutions,andworkwithsystemadministratorsandotherITresourcestoimplementfixes.
- Adheretobestpracticeswhenimplementingbusinesssolutionsanddefine/refineagovernanceapproachfortheplatform’suseatVDOT.
- Developanddisseminatedocumentation(requirements,recommendations,technicalanalysis,etc.)onplatformusage.
- Preparemockups/prototypesbasedonrequirementsanduseknowledgeofPowerPlatformfeatures/toolstooffersolutionsthatmeetbusinessneeds.
- FunctionasaliaisonbetweenITandthebusinessunits;serveasapointofcontactforissuelogging,tracking,andresolution.
- AssistcustomersindiscerningbetweenDynamics365/PowerApps/PowerAutomateandothertechnologyofferingswhengatheringrequirements;identifyefficientsolutionsandrecommendalternativestomeetbusinessneeds.
- ContributetoimprovingourprocessesandpolicieswithintheBusinessEnablementServicesprogram.
