Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dataverse solutions aligned to enterprise standards and business requirements.
  • Build and support custom CRM plugins, workflows, and integrations using .NET / C#
  • Customize and extend Dynamics CRM entities, forms, views, business rules, and security roles
  • Develop and maintain integrations with upstream and downstream systems using REST/SOAP APIs
  • Participate in application modernization efforts, including remediation of legacy customizations toward out of the box and platform aligned capabilities (e.g., PCF where applicable)
  • Collaborate with architects to ensure solutions align with Wells Fargo architecture, security, and risk management standards
  • Support CI/CD pipelines, source control, and release activities using enterprise-approved tools (e.g., Git)
  • Participate in code reviews, defect remediation, and production support
  • Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across the team
  • Ensure compliance with Wells Fargo policies related to information security, data privacy, and SDLC governance.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in software engineering and application development
  • Hands-on experience developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
  • Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core, and Visual Studio
  • Experience building CRM plugins, custom workflows, and SDK/API-based extensions
  • Experience with relational databases and data modeling concepts
  • Understanding of RESTful services and enterprise system integrations
  • Experience working in an enterprise SDLC environment

Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM Online / Dataverse and cloud-based Dynamics deployments
  • Knowledge of Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, PCF)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevSecOps practice
  • Experience working in regulated or financial services environments
  • Strong understanding of application security, compliance, and risk controls
