Responsibilities
- Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications based on business requirements.
- Configure entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and other platform components.
- Support Dynamics 365 implementations, testing, deployments, and production activities.
- Assist with solution management and deployments across development, test, and production environments.
- Work with business users and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver Dynamics 365 solutions.
Requirements
- Hands‑on experience configuring entities, forms, views, workflows, or business rules.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dataverse and Dynamics 365 data structures.
- Basic understanding of solution management, environments, and deployment processes.
- Experience participating in requirements gathering, testing, implementation, or production support.
