Dynamic Speech Language Pathologist – Rehab Team

UnityPoint Health is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with licensure and policy. The role supports care across acute hospital, inpatient rehab, and outpatient settings, with responsibilities including documentation and collaboration with the rehab team.

The SLP will provide therapy across the lifespan, maintain progress notes for billing, and communicate with referring providers.
