Dynamic Physical Therapist — Transform Mobility

Ingenovis Health is seeking a Physical Therapist to work with patients to improve movement and manage pain. The clinician will assess health history, diagnose function, and develop a specialized plan of care for each patient.

The role is part of the Riverspan flexible workforce with UK King’s Daughters as the employer of record. Onboarding, payroll and benefits are handled by Ingenovis Health, with scheduling and day-to-day management performed by UK King’s Daughters staff.
