The Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing in Gallatin, TN is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to assess referred patients, deliver direct rehabilitative care, and set goals based on each patient’s capacity. You will establish and administer treatment programs, document patient status, and educate patients and families under physician direction.
Requirements include graduation from an accredited PT program, state licensure, and the ability to supervise assistants.
