- Maintaining operation standards set by Dunkin’ Brands & Jaton Mgmt Co., LLC
- Be people-focused and provide high-quality guest and workforce satisfaction
- Hire, train, and retain a motivated, successful workforce
- Supervise and communicate ideas and expectations clearly
- Possess strong organizational skills
- Understanding of proper budgeting and cost control practices
- Ability to build profitable top-line sales
