Job DetailsJob Location: 565 Fremont Dunkin - Fremont, OH 43420As a Dunkin’ Shift Lead, you’ll help keep the store running smoothly by supporting team members, assisting customers, and helping oversee shift operations.

What you’ll do:

• Lead by example and support team members during shifts
• Provide friendly, efficient service to every guest
• Assist with preparing food and beverages as needed
• Help ensure the store is clean, organized, and stocked
• Monitor shift operations and help resolve issues as they arise
• Support training and coaching of team members

QualificationsWhat we’re looking for:

• Must be at least 18 years of age (or older, per applicable law)
• Previous food service or retail experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead and support a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability

Please note this position requires flexible availability (including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays), lifting up to 40 lbs., and standing for extended periods.
