What you’ll do:
- Lead by example and support team members during shifts
- Provide friendly, efficient service to every guest
- Assist with preparing food and beverages as needed
- Help ensure the store is clean, organized, and stocked
- Monitor shift operations and help resolve issues as they arise
- Support training and coaching of team members

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age (or older, per applicable law)
- Previous food service or retail experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead and support a team
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
Please note this position requires flexible availability (including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays), lifting up to 40 lbs., and standing for extended periods.
