About the Role Dohman Law Group is seeking a Criminal Defense Attorney to join our team in either our Rolling Meadows or Wheaton office. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys litigation, courtroom advocacy, and client representation. You'll manage a steady caseload of DUI, traffic, and criminal defense matters while working alongside a team that values preparation, collaboration, and exceptional client service. This is a production-focused position. We want our attorneys focused on practicing law, achieving results, and serving clients—not generating business. Qualifications: • Handle misdemeanor and felony cases from start to finish. • Conduct client consultations and develop strategic defense plans. • Represent clients at hearings, motions, and trials. • Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda. • Negotiate plea agreements and settlements. • Maintain strong communication with clients and ensure accurate documentation. • Meet billable hour and KPI targets as defined by the firm.
