- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the P&C Insurance domain.
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Duck Creek Policy implementations.
- Strong expertise in Personal and Commercial Auto insurance products, rating, and underwriting workflows. Proficiency in Duck Creek Author, rating engine, and product configuration.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Excel.
- Insurance certifications (e.g., AINS, CPCU) are a plus.
