Experienced in Duck Creek Billing, the full-time remote Duckcreek Billing Business Analyst will manage billing processes, validate backend data using SQL, and collaborate with stakeholders in the P&C Insurance domain. Key responsibilities Manage and optimize Duck Creek Billing processes for clients in the P&C Insurance sector Perform backend validation using SQL to ensure data accuracy and integrity Collaborate with stakeholders to handle defects and enhance communication throughout the project lifecycle Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in billing analysis, specifically with Duck Creek Strong domain knowledge in P&C Insurance, including Auto, Property, and Specialty lines Proficient in SQL for backend validation tasks Prior experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is mandatory Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
