DSP Communications EngineerSalary: $$ - $$ per yearLocation: Chantilly, VirginiaJob description:We are seeking a DSP Communications Engineer with an exceptional technical background to join our team of electrical engineers, mathematicians, and computer scientists who are collectively responsible for creating custom digital signal processing solutions and communications systems in support of national security defense.What are the primary responsibilities in the DSP Communications Engineer position?Under general supervision, this individual will lead and mentor small project teams that conceive, analyze, design, implement, test, deploy, and maintain software-based solutions for modern communications systems. Implementation includes algorithm development, hardware control, system optimization, and deployment strategies. The right candidate will be expected to demonstrate dedication, discipline, integrity, and team play leading to products that are well-structured, documented, and carefully tested.
