Drywall Project Manager

Project ManagerA well-established commercial drywall and metal stud framing contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial and multifamily interior systems projects throughout the Bay Area. This role is responsible for managing projects from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with general contractors, field teams, vendors, and ownership to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesManage drywall and metal stud framing projects from award through closeoutOversee project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial performanceReview contract documents, drawings, and specifications to identify project requirementsManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationCoordinate material procurement and long-lead items with vendors and suppliersLead subcontractor coordination and maintain communication with field teams and general contractorsAttend project meetings and maintain strong client relationships throughout constructionSupport project scheduling, closeout documentation, and final turnoverRequirements5+ years of Project Management experience within drywall, metal stud framing, or commercial interior systemsExperience managing commercial and/or multifamily construction projectsStrong knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and contract documentsExperience managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, and project financialsProficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar construction softwareExcellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skillsValid driver's license and ability to travel to Bay Area project sitesCompensation & BenefitsPerformance bonus opportunityMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k)Paid holidays and PTO
