Drywall Project ManagerEstablished in 2009, CASEY Construction Group, LLC's mission is to deliver trusted quality and distinguished service in drywall, floor leveling, and polished concrete, partnering with general contractors across the DC, Raleigh, and Richmond regions to build reliably, precisely, and with integrity.Position Summary: The Drywall Project Manager will own and manage all aspects of the project including but not limited to submittals, site visits, material management, punch list etc. while building excellent lasting relationships with our customers. Will report to and work closely with the Senior PM.Responsibilities:Oversee multiple construction projects from start to finish, including the management of personnel on projectsCoordinate with field teams and suppliers on material ordersAttend on site project meetings with clients as requiredProcess RFI's, Shop Drawings, Submittals, Daily Job Reports and other required formsRead and interpret construction drawings and specificationsOversee all phases to ensure routine actions of the jobMake certain work is being built in accordance with contract documentsImplement contract preparation, on-site coordination quality control and tracking costsOversee/manage material, equipment, contracts, and budgetsMaintain understanding of all local, city, and state building codes in assigned locationsContinuously develop and improve upon knowledge for all product linesEnsure all are committed to safety and qualityOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience working in commercial drywall tradeKnowledge, Skills & Abilities: Knowledge of local material, labor, and equipment costsBe sufficient in Microsoft programs and other project management software'sAbility to multi-taskExcellent organizational skillsAbility to lead with customer service and schedules in mindThe salary range for this position is $80,000 to $120,000 (based on skills, experience, and education).
