Drywall Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Drywall Project Manager to join a growing specialty contractor focused on commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and interior systems projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial drywall and interior systems projects from award through closeout.
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, and subcontractors.
• Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, ASIs, CCDs, and change orders.
• Attend owner, architect, contractor, and project meetings.
• Work closely with field superintendents and foremen to ensure project success.
• Track project budgets, labor productivity, and financial performance.
• Coordinate material procurement and deliveries.
• Maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, owners, architects, and vendors.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Preferred Background

• 5+ years of experience in commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, or interior systems.
• Experience as a:
• Project Manager
• Strong understanding of commercial construction practices.
• Experience with RFIs, submittals, change orders, scheduling, and project documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
