Project ExecutiveThis role is responsible for the overall leadership and performance of assigned drywall projects and teams, ensuring alignment with company policies, strategic goals, and business plans. The Project Executive oversees project execution, resource management, and financial performance while developing and mentoring personnel to support day-to-day operations and drive continued growth.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild, lead, and motivate a high-performing management and field leadership team in collaboration with Operations and Field Management leadershipEvaluate, organize, and develop staff to support operational efficiency and long-term growthPartner with Marketing to build and maintain strong client relationshipsEstablish, submit, and oversee project cost controls, ensuring timely, accurate financial forecasting and reportingImplement and enforce operational systems, field packages, and project policies across assigned projectsLead and support project closeout audits, evaluating field performance related to cost, productivity, unit pricing, quality, manpower, scheduling, and subcontractor managementOversee project documentation and financial tracking, including schedules, critical correspondence, accounts receivable and payable, requisitions, change orders, cash flow, and closeout processesIdentify, recommend, and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency and project outcomesEnsure full compliance with the company safety program across all assigned projectsMaintain strong working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturersPerform additional duties as assigned by senior leadershipQualificationsBachelor's degree preferredMinimum of 10 years of experience in commercial construction, with drywall experience strongly preferred10+ years of construction project financial management experience preferredProven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentDemonstrated success in meeting or exceeding performance goals with minimal direct supervisionHighly self-motivated with a strong sense of accountabilityCommitment to maintaining high personal and professional standards of excellenceAbility to successfully complete a criminal background checkWillingness to sign a Confidentiality, Non-Disclosure, and Non-Solicitation AgreementBenefitsGenerous paid time off and paid holidays to support work-life balanceEmployee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)Flexible work scheduleCompetitive compensation packageComprehensive health insurance with a Healthcare Reimbursement Account (HRA) to help offset deductiblesDental and vision coverage401(k) plan with a generous company matchCompany-paid life, AD&D, and long-term disability insuranceBenefits eligibility beginning the first of the month following hireParticipation in company-sponsored charitable initiativesCompany-hosted social events and team outingsAt Delectus, we pursue excellence in all we do.
