We are currently seeking a painter/drywaller with a minimum of 3 years of proven skills to help restore residential and commercial properties damaged by water, fire, smoke, wind, and other perils.Qualifications:A minimum of 3 years of proven professional painting and drywallingHigh school diploma or GED equivalentA valid driver's license and acceptable driving recordMust be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen (pre-employment and random)Must reside within a 30-mile radius of the Swartz Restoration office in Lima, OHExperience with drywall and paintingMust be proficient using carpentry tools and equipment & own a set of standard hand & power toolsProfessional appearance & attitudeThe ability to interact with our customers on a professional & friendly level and ensure client satisfaction at all times.Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directionsDedicated to consistently perform quality workMust be willing to participate in the rotating on call schedule to respond to emergency jobs on evenings and weekends.Responsibilities/Job Duties:Complete assigned punch list repairs in reconstruction projects while following the scope of work and adhering to project timelines.
