We are currently seeking experienced Commercial Drywall Installers to join our team. You will be responsible for installing, hanging, and finishing drywall in commercial construction settings. Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in delivering top-quality work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure, cut, and fit drywall panels to building frameworks
- Secure drywall panels to walls and ceilings using screws or nails
- Tape and finish seams and joints with mudding, sanding, and texturing as needed
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with foremen, supervisors, and other trades as needed
- Ensure work meets quality standards and project deadlines
- Proven experience in commercial drywall installation (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
- Knowledge of drywall tools, materials, and safety procedures
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and work on ladders or scaffolding
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- OSHA certification is a plus
