Compensation:
* All in hourly compensation: $24.28/hr
* Base Pay: $20.96/hr
* 10% Shift Differential for Night Shift: $2.10/hr
* Sign on Bonus: $1.22/hr worked
* Profit Sharing Eligibility: Begins after completing 1 year of employment ($7.7 Million in Profits Paid to Profit Sharing Pool in 2025)

The Opportunity
We're now hiring a Night Shift Dry Packaging Machine Operator to operate and maintain the general operation of a line, to ensure continuous quality, efficiency, sanitation, and safety of that line. This position will report to the night shift supervisor and night shift assistant supervisor.
Essential Duties:
* General knowledge of daily extrusion and production reports
* Communicate with Supervisor/Foreman on all production concerns
* Communicate with Extruder Operators on product times and bin space
* Starting and setting up all required equipment for production
* Controlling packaging materials, code dates, expiration dates, stickers and any items unique to product specs
* Controls product quality, packaging quality, contamination, weight controls and line efficiency
* Will do general maintenance and repairs on equipment and assist maintenance personnel
* Will perform all equipment adjustments and change overs and troubleshoot equipment when problems occur
* Complete all daily reports in legible manner, special projects as assigned
* Assist in controlling packaging from warehouse, assist in supervising all line workers required on line
* Operator will assist other lines when needed, perform all other duties assigned, assist training of all line worker
* Complete knowledge of bin, product distribution, product delivery and blending systems
* Coordinate all record keeping and charting to include cleaning schedule, packaging yields and efficienc
* Assist Supervisor and Foreman as needed to control packaging area
Qualifications
* General mathematical ability and basic computer skills
* Must not be afraid of heights, ability to climb 150 feet
* Be able to meet physical requirements necessary for this position
* Be willing to work hours and shifts as required by the supervisor
