Music & Arts seeks a Drum Teacher to provide high‑quality private and small‑group drum lessons in our retail store. In this role, you’ll teach fundamental to intermediate drum technique, reading, rhythm, and ensemble skills to students of all ages, creating personalized lesson plans and progress goals. You’ll maintain an encouraging, student‑focused environment, communicate regularly with parents, and support recitals and performance opportunities.
The Drum Teacher also partners with store staff to recommend instruments, accessories, and learning materials that support each student’s musical growth.
