Drug Development Program Manager - CMC (part time) – Pharmaceutical Industry
 QUICK FACTS

Location: San Diego, CA, 92130
Pay range: $35.00 - $55.25 per hour
Shifts: Part-time, 24 hours per week (3 days of your choice M-Th)
Duration: 6 month Contract
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION YOU WILL NEED

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 3-5+ years supporting functional projects, processes, or operations, ideally in a pharmaceutical/biotech environment
  • Strong program and project management skills, with experience managing multiple workstreams
  • Experience with RAID logs and enterprise PM tools (Planisware, MS Project, Smartsheet)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
  • Support integrated planning and governance for technical development projects
  • Maintain program timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks
  • Coordinate meetings, governance activities, and follow-up actions
  • Track program risks, issues, and decisions, ensuring proper escalation
  • Partner with team members to provide visibility into project progress and risks
