Onsite Part Time General Occupations

We are currently looking for a Part Time 38 Drop Team Member to join our WinStar Drop Team Unit 3 team located at the WinStar World Casino and Resort working 10:00PM-7:30AM - Su Mo Tu Sa.
Summary:
Collects and transfers all monies from gaming machines, chips and monies from all table games, all blackjack, electronic gaming, and cash cage tips to soft count room. Also, services all drops and fills of all kiosk machines and all electronic gaming, table games, and all emergency drops.
Responsibilities:
* Provides first class customer service to both internal and external customers and responds to inquiries, compliments, and/or complaints with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency
* Completes all training and development requirements and participates in continuing education opportunities
* Works in a collaborative and supportive manner to support the productivity and safety of the work area, team members and customers of all types
- Maintains a clean, organized work area and ensures a safe environment
- Maintains and promotes professionalism
- Punctual and consistent in meeting start time, work schedule, attendance and other assigned work time metrics
- Adheres to Chickasaw Nation dress code standards
* Maintains knowledge of and follows all rules, regulations, policies and guidelines for assigned area
* Communicates via radio per division and position protocols
* Cleans assigned area
- Cleans and sweeps floors
- Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms
- May empty ash trays
- Disposes of trash
- May clean exterior areas such as parking lots and sidewalks
- Aligns seats close to machines in gaming areas
* Completes appropriate documentation through appropriate computer system to be sent to accounting and delivers monies to vault area
* May pull and replace canisters from the gaming machines
* Performs all other duties as assigned
